It had been a week since that incedent with the police, about your dad. A few days ago your father was put on trial for abuse, neglect, and a few uncounted felonies that not even your family knew about, such as a DUI, drunk in public, resistance against police, assult, and one for slapping a women with a pineapple on a broken chair leg..... DAMN!
He was charged guilty for most of those charges, but the one of the family with nabuse is still being observed, they just need that one to out him in jail.

Your mom, brother and you just sat in your hair waiting for the jury to come back with their answer.
They had just went into review after the evidence of photos of your bruses, and from what your mother, and your brother and you said about him.

"You know. If im not charged guilty....I'm going to kill one of you. Maybe all." Your father whispered to your family with Russia in your lap.
" There is no way that you would ever be counted innoc-" your mothher begain but was interuppted by the judge
"All right, has the jurry met their decision?"
" UH ..YES WE HAVE!" Shiroishi replied nervously ( if you watch Lucky Star you get the reference)" We the jury have decided" he looks at the paper and then mutters under his breath" what!? this can't be right"
"Well?" the judge urged on
" Well....it seems that he was counted innocent. Which is odd and I voted guilty!" Shiroishi said.
" Yeah well..we decided I would turn in the votes and just input we all said innocent so...yeah"Akira Kogami said quietly to him so no one else herd but the jury. " We weren't that attentive , those who payed attention went guilty, but since half of us voted innocent since the guy might just have a mental disorder we decided all innocent" she said still cheerfully
"Wow.....this was a major bust" he replied depressed

"Well....hats the end of the case. " the judge pounded the hammer and the place was ajurgned.
You and your family just sat there and you dad left while you three were the only ones left in the room with your mouths dropped until (older brothers name) spoke up.

"THAT'S BULLSHIT!!!" your brother yelled.
"Lets just go home" your mom said as you all forgot about what your dad said.

"That case was a major bust" Your brother said with a mouth full of food.
" Yes but what can you do. Someone can't be charged with the same case twice, since the most and bet evidence should be provided in the first trial, And stop talking with your mouth full!" your mother said
" Stupid Bill of Rights , and 6th amendment" you muttered
Your brother burped " True dat." He said and noticed you accidentally got food on your shirt , laughs then points at the spot and says " Foods good AHAHAHA!"
As he did this you noticed he had spilt too.
"Foods good LOL HAHAHA" you laughed at him.
" I swear. SAME EGG DIFFERENT TIME" your mother exclaimed at you and your brother.
"FOODS GOOD" you and your brother said pointing to food on your moms shirt. .

It was around 1 AM and you and Russia were sound asleep. It seemed tranquil enough untill someone had snuck into your home from a window down stairs.
This woke Russia up since he since the banging was loud and had wondered down stairs before the glass broke.
"That bitch. Oh well, I only want to get rid of the girl." the attacker said.
At this point Russia had pretended to be a doll again on the stairs.
The attacker saw him and picked him up.
" Well this doll is pretty freakin' creepy"he said and tore the limbs and head off." There we go" He went upstairs and found your room.
As you slept soundly you were grabbed with a hand over your mouth. You struggled in the grip but all of a sudden they put there hand down and back again with a cloth.
"Shhhh its all right. Take a nap" he said.
you struggled but thing started to blur . He let you go but you just fell and passed out. He then threw you over his shoulder, as he walked down stairs.
"Who's there!" your mother barked realizing the noises.
"Shit" the attacker jumped out the window with you as your mother reached the stairs and saw, as your brother watched from the kitchen undetected ( good thing he chose to get a midnight snack now). The attacker held a knife to your throat and barked
"TAKE ANOTHER STEP WOMEN AND SHE IS DEAD!" your mother stopped and watched with tears in her eyes, as he walked away with you
Your brother moved from his hiding spot, slipped on his shoes from the entrance way near the door and quickly said he would follow and left.
Your mother stayed in her spot , some hair fallen in her face, tears over flowing as she dropped to her knees. She wiped her eyes, and saw Russia in pieces on the floor.
" You poor thing, all the beating you and her put up with " She gathered him up and went to find your sewing kit." It will be alright. I'll fix you up, she would like that, I have grown pretty fond of you too, so lets say its for her and for me." she said and went to sewing,and she found the heart you put in, and understood how much you cared.

-back with your bro, and attacker-
Your brother followed the attacker hiding behind the cars, mile per mile following the guy. He remember this rout, and realized this guy was going to your dads house .
It took about two hours, and your brother was right. The attacker knocked on the door, and your father came out and swapped you. Your father paid the man, and the attacker went to his car to leave as you father left to the inside of the house.
When the attacker reached his car he saw your brother, and just stared .
"Is that your dad?" he asked
"Sadly yes, if your wanna hit me fine, but I wanna help my sister" he said bravely.
"Your a good kid, I'm guessin' you two are like two peas in a pod, and that she is your only sibling. You know I was in it for the money, and Because I was in a similar experience like you . Let's go tell you mum and we can get your dad behind bars. I'll pay for the consequences later. Now get in the car.
With that the man and your brother drove back to your place.
